At Solinovation IT Solution Agency, we are a service-based company providing professional IT and digital solutions, including but not limited to mobile app development, web development, software solutions, UI/UX design, backend services, and ongoing technical support.
Because our work involves time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation, we follow a strict no-complete-refund policy once a project is onboarded.
Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order or signing a service agreement.
1. Nature of Our Services
Solinovation IT Solution Agency is a service provider, not a product-based company.
Once a project is confirmed, our team starts working immediately by:

Allocating developers and designers

Planning architecture and workflows
-
Conducting research, analysis, and setup
-
Investing time, effort, and technical expertise
Due to this, services once initiated cannot be fully reversed or refunded.
2. No Complete Refund After Project Onboarding
Once a project has been officially onboarded (payment received and work started):

❌ No full refund will be issued under any circumstances

❌ Refund requests based on change of mind, delay tolerance, or personal reasons will not be accepted

❌ Refunds will not be provided if the client decides to cancel the project midway
This applies to all services, including fixed-price projects, milestone-based projects, and hourly engagements.
3. Partial Refund (If Applicable)
In very limited and exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered only if:

The project has not yet entered active development, AND
-
The refund request is submitted in writing within a short agreed timeframe
Even in such cases:

Costs related to consultation, planning, design, research, setup, and management will be deducted

The decision of partial refund remains solely at the discretion of Solinovation IT Solution Agency
4. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects divided into milestones:

Payments made for completed or ongoing milestones are non-refundable

If a client stops the project after one or more milestones, no refund will be issued for:

Completed milestones

Work already delivered
-
Work currently in progress

5. Client Delays & Non-Responsiveness
No refunds will be provided if project delays occur due to:

Lack of communication from the client
-
Delayed feedback or approvals
-
Failure to provide required content, credentials, or information
Project timelines may be extended, but payments remain non-refundable.
6. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Hosting services
-
Domain registration
-
Paid APIs
-
Software licenses
-
App Store / Play Store fees
These costs are governed by third-party providers and are outside our control.
7. Dissatisfaction With Design or Output
Refunds will not be issued based on:

Personal preferences or subjective dissatisfaction

Change in requirements after approval
-
Requests outside the originally agreed scope
We always provide revisions as per the agreed scope to ensure client satisfaction.
8. Termination of Services
If the client terminates the project at any stage:

All completed work up to that point will be delivered (if applicable)

No refund will be issued for work done or resources used
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without communicating with us first is considered a violation of our policy.
We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve any concerns professionally.
10. Policy Updates
Solinovation IT Solution Agency reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
The updated policy will always be available on our website.
